Karen J. Piercey’s career is built on leadership, service, and efficiency. As a U.S. Army veteran and retired Deputy Sheriff, she has dedicated her life to helping others. Recognizing the need for streamlined, reliable procurement solutions, she founded Mikan-L Logistics in February 2022—a procurement firm committed to efficiency, trust, and seamless supply chain management for businesses across various industries.

After years in law enforcement, she saw a critical gap in procurement and logistics—businesses were overwhelmed with sourcing, pricing, and delivery coordination. Determined to provide trusted solutions, she founded Mikan-L Logistics, a COBID & SBA-certified business. Mikan-L Logistics is a procurement firm that simplifies supply chain challenges for construction, government, healthcare, and education sectors in Oregon and Washington. By handling procurement efficiently, Karen and her team allow businesses to focus on what truly matters: growth, efficiency, and successful project execution.
